On May 30th, a special sold-out dinner hosted by Nick Brown unfolded at Grossi Florentino, weaving together laughter, clinking glasses, and the warmth of shared stories.

Grossi Florentino provided an impeccable menu and venue, elevating the evening with culinary delights to pair exquisitely with the wines. Each dish was thoughtfully crafted to complement the unique flavours and aromas of our esteemed vintages, offering diners a gastronomic journey through the senses.
Throughout the evening, diners tasted wines from our Museum Release, each bottle holding a story waiting to be shared by Nick Brown. From the rich complexity of the1993 All Saints Estate Classic Release Shirazto the delicate balance of the2012 All Saints Estate Chardonnay, each sip was a journey through time and terroir.
A particular highlight of the evening was a generous gesture from esteemed Wine Club member, Jeff Brady, who shared a bottle of his personal collection – the 2003 All Saints Estate Port.
Diners savoured the opportunity to explore both back vintage and matching new-release wines, experiencing the nuanced flavours that define each unique bottle across the ages, carefully paired with exceptionally matched courses. Menu highlights included the slow-cooked goat, tender and flavorful, expertly paired with the chestnut flower honey, enhancing the bold character and savoury profile of our06 All Saints Estate Family Cellar Shiraz.
To conclude the culinary journey, guests indulged in the unparalleled sweetness of our NV All Saints Estate Rutherglen Muscat and NV All Saints Estate Grand Muscat. This served as a fitting finale to an evening of indulgence, perfectly complemented by the creamy richness of Il Blu and the crispness of rye, accentuated by the subtle sweetness of quince.
