Navigating the Portal

How do I make changes to my account?

First, you must sign in to 'My Portal' on the top right-hand corner of the website. Then click 'My Portal' again (in the same place).

How do I update my address?

Under ‘Address Details’, you can amend your addresses (Billing and Shipping) by clicking ‘Change’.

How do I update my credit card?

Under ‘Payment Method’, you can update your Credit Card by clicking ‘Clear’ and entering your new credit card details.

Which wines are in my pack, and how I do change them?

Under ‘Order Summary’, you can see your wines currently in your selection. To change these wines, click ‘Change Order’ and go shopping. Make sure you click ‘Confirm Changes’ and then ‘Save Changes’ when your choices are correct.

Data Security

All Saints Estate and our family of brands take cyber security and disaster recovery seriously. That's why we secure our data in a Tier 3 Data Centre, control data access via internal APIs and don't store credit card details within our systems.

We have engaged with suppliers who deliver industry best practices to protect the data of our customers and club members. 

What can you do to protect yourself?

Update the password to 'Your Portal' regularly - this can be done in just a few clicks.

Similar to the step above, you must sign in to 'My Portal' on the top right-hand corner of the website. Then click 'My Portal' again (in the same place).

How do I update my password?

Under ‘Account Password’, you will be asked to confirm your old password before inputting a new one.

Altering pack size

I get six bottles each delivery; can I get 12 next time?

Each delivery can be altered regarding the pack, the contents, and the quantity. You can change it every time if you’d like!

Ordering additional wine

Can I order wine outside of wine club deliveries?

Of course. When you log in to your portal through our website, your discount will automatically be applied through the 'Shop'. Add your selections to your cart, and all your details will be stored there for a super speedy checkout.
